Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt replacement or refund. In the case of a fault or defect with your purchase please follow the warranty process.

• Return package via insured Parcel Carrier of your choice.
• Include proof of purchase or if lost please include a note stating the purchaser's name, address, e-mail address and order number if known.
• Send returns to:

• Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement or refund.
